We accept both short-term (minimum 6 months) and long-term (maximum 5 years) investments, with a target profit rate of approximately 12–20%, depending on performance and car sales.

Corporate Bylaws

Investors can participate in our business model through flexible investment options with various notice period options with class B shareholders. They can withdraw their shares at anytime with one month notice period.  The minimum maturity period is 6 months.

Model: Class B shareholders — The company and the shareholders will share profit and loss at a ratio of 85% to 15%, respectively.

🚘 Car Price: $5,000 (example)
💼 Repairs and Maintenance Cost: $500
🏢 Car Sale Price: $6,000

💰 Net Profit: $500 — this amount will be shared between the company and the shareholders according to the agreed profit-sharing ratio.

📈 To maximize your returns, your investment will be utilized across approximately 15–20 vehicles.

💸 Profit distributions occur every six months.

2. Profit & Loss Sharing

📊 Net profit (after costs, & sale) shared based on equity percentage
🔁 Example: Investor with 10% equity receives 10% of net profit

3. Exit & Asset Disposal

💸 When the vehicle is sold, proceeds are centralized
🧾 Liabilities (maintenance/admin) are deducted

📘 A Shariah advisor or board supervises operations, contracts, and profit distribution, ensuring compliance
